                                                            RC PHASE SHIFT OSCILLATOR        The above figure shows a RC PHASESHIFT OSCILLATOR . The phaseshift network consist of three RC voltage dividers . At the operation frequency of each RC network introduce a phase shift of 60 0 and the total by three RC is 180 0 , anot6her 180 is produced at the input of the inverting amplifier(RC networks connected to –ve terminal of amplifier so it is inverting). So the total phase shift is 360 0 (condition for standard oscillation). DESIGN            OSCILLATOR FREQUENCY F=1/2 ∏ RC  = 1khz Take C 1 =C 2 =C 3 =0.1 µF Then R 1 =R 2 =R 3 = 680 Ω Gain  R F /R I = 29  Take R i = 1.2K Ω Then R F = 34.8 K Ω commonly we use 100k pot. ...
